All you do is go the same page where it does not allow you to enter.
Just place the cursor on the zero or the $ sign or both.
Next double click --I do remember left or right click but double click.
A box will appear and enter your detail and do the same with the box for medicare premiums.
Please not that all other info are in the forums are info only NOT solutions.
This happened in this section this year only,
I am a user of turbo tax since 1992.
