As Payee . I downloaded the 1099-R from Turbo Tax before April 2022 for my 2021 taxes so I would not have to pay excess contribution penalty and I also included my taxable earnings . The one 1099-R for 2022 was from my brokerage and included partial withholding taxes which I did not include on my created 1099-R since the withholding was made it 2022
