Please clarify – what screen are you looking at that appears to be requiring an entry?
If you’re looking at the text Box 12 - FATCA filing requirement box is checked next to a checkbox on the Enter your 1099-R details from [payer] screen, the checkbox need not be checked if there’s no such designation on your Form 1099-R.
