General Motors Pension coding for Michigan income tax filing - N or P?

TT Premier coded my General Motors pension "N - if it is an other pension subject to Michigan tax." Should it be coded "P - if it is from a private source or an IRA?" My understanding is pensions from publicly traded companies are private.
