Please try entering something in box 16 and then deleting the entry again and see if you can continue. If this doesn't work try to enter $0 for box 16 state distribution.
- Login to your TurboTax Account
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
- Click on “Jump to 1099-R” and enter your first Form 1099-R
- When you get to the summary screen click on "Add another 1099-R" to enter your next Form 1099-R
