If I put money in my IRA Feb 2022 and got the tax form May 2022, do I count that contribution towards my 2022 or 2021 taxes?

The investment website had the Form 5498 listed under 2021 tax forms but I've read that you can contribute until April of the following year and have it still count for the previous year...hence my confusion.
