In online and desktop, it is allowing me to proceed without account number and through final review.
- Just don't put anything there for account number, if it isn't on form, and it should allow you to proceed. If not try deleting and entering again.
- If it still doesn't work, delete the form again, clear you cache and cookies and reboot your computer, and enter again.
