1099 K form from ebay- the given threshold for this past year was 19,999. I went over that and want to know how portion of that amount am i actually taxed(or all of it)

if i'm for example 5000 over that threshold hold(net)  is that the taxable amount or the entire amount as a whole?  Ebay does not do a good job of explaining this
