I withdraw money from my IRA &received a 1099-R. I repaid the full amt within the 60 day limit to not receive a tax penalty. How do I show the contribution in Turbotax?

I withdrew money from my IRA and received a 1099-R.  I repaid the full amount well within the 60 day limit.  My financial consultant said there is no form created for repaying an IRA withdraw.  I have a copy of the statement showing the date of the withdrawal and the repayment.
