Re: My 1099-G has amounts in box 1 and 2. Box 1 says 'interest income reported to IRS' and box 2 says 'Refund reported to IRS'. Where do I put the amount in box 1?

See image below. I just added box 1 as if it were reported on a 1099-INT, since it says "Substitute form 1099-INT"
