It's not clear what you mean by "this form RRB-1099-R." We can't see your screen, so we don't know what "this" is.
Did you get railroad retirement benefits? Did you receive an RRB-1099? That's not the same as RRB-1099-R. Don't enter a form that you did not receive. When you start to enter your 1099-R, TurboTax will ask you what kind of 1099-R you have, and give you a list to choose from. Make sure you select the correct form.
