Maryland Income Tax seems to be combining the Law Enforcement Income Exclusion (55-64) and the Maryland Pension Exclusion for 65 and over. Can't use both?

Turbotax asks for both entries and calculates my taxes based on using the combined numbers. I entered "0" for the Law Enforcement exclusion to get the corrected answer, but Turbotax should not ask for both.
