It asks "Did YOU make any money outside the U.S." I didn't but my immigrant husband did before he got here last year. Since I'm filing jointly, do I need to report it?

He has not made any income since coming here. I'm confused because the first section specified "did you or your spouse..." in all the questions, but this section only asks "Did you...".
