IRS says:
"If no dollar amounts are changing, leave lines 1-23 EMPTY"
Your 1040-X would just have Part III Explanation with your statement.
Hopefully, IRS could process it in less than 20 weeks.
If you e-File 1040-X with TurboTax, TurboTax sends the entire tax return again.
