Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure why you would think that the IRS would NOT impose the $50/year fee, though. The IRS.gov website seems pretty clear that if I did not submit the forms on time, I would have to pay the penalty fee. I assume that this would apply to the Forms that I am resubmitting as revisions.
