When TurboTax says that a form is not available, what it means is that not
only does the form have to be composed, but also all the programming needed to
populate that form and the extensive testing needed to release the form have
not been completed. It takes time - especially at this time of year when
thousands of forms are being released by the IRS and state agencies - to get,
program, and test all these forms.
The 8915B (and all of its programming and testing) is
scheduled to be available in TurboTax on 2/28/2019. Please follow the following
