Retirement tax questions

It seems that you entered that you made contributions from January 1, 2022, through April 18, 2022, for 2021. I believe this isn’t the case for you since you stated you made the contributions in 2021 for 2020 and 2021. Please correct it in the IRA contribution interview:

  1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “IRA contributions”
  2. Click on “Jump to IRA contributions"
  3. Select “traditional IRA
  4. Answer “No” to “Is This a Repayment of a Retirement Distribution?
  5. Enter the amount you contributed but don't enter anything under contributions made for 2021 from January 1, 2022, through April 18, 2022.

Yes, your 2020 Form 8606 looks correct. You made the conversion in 2021 not 2020.
