Mine looks like this. Somewhat different than as described above. Did I do it wrong??
8606- line 1= $6000
line 2- $6000
line 14- $12,000
all other lines are $0 or blank
1050 line 4b has the script ROLLOVER but is indeed $0.
does this sound accurate to you?
