Is there a major problem with 2021 Turbo Tax desktop? It negates both my pension and claims $33,000 SS is non-taxable, showing all taxes paid as a refund.

I entered the 1099-R correctly and my SS. It shows an income of $108,000, but then the final result shows my income as negligible and refunds all taxes paid in.  What is the problem?
