I followed all the steps. TurboTax is not adding an update to line 5b on my 2021 1040. It is not attaching a form 8915-f. E-file seems to be handling this amendment much better than TurboTax. I purchased the 2021 TurboTax Premier in order to download the tentative tax file. Can I get a refund? I can't file an incomplete tax form.
