What if I didn’t receive a 1099R for the 2020 withdrawal (401k under CARES Act)? I got the 1099R in 2021 to file with my 2020 tax returns but I did not receive one this year for 2021 tax returns. No such form exists from my financial institutions website either. This is also the only thing holding me up on filing. I opted to spread it out over 3 years and did not receive any tax forms to report it.
