I looked at the letter from my employer, and I see that I should have been more specific. The letter from this employer indicates that if I was paid more than $2,300.00 for my in-home services [I am a respite care worker], they would be required to send me a W-2. I earned less than $900.00 doing this, so they say they just had to send me this letter.
