Absolutely! Has anyone successfully had help from Turbotax on this issue? This is why I pay for the service and pay extra for my state return to be filed. If they can't do this simple thing what am I paying for? I spoke with someone on the phone about this, she kept me on hold, "transferred" me, then the call got disconnected. Later that day I got a message saying that my case had been closed. Still no resolution!
