Did you enter the amount for line 17 in both places it asks for that? If you don't enter the amount for line 17 on the first box it won't work. I made that mistake the first time because I was confused by the description and the reference to the check box and zero. Thought I needed to enter zero when I should have entered the 1/3 amount.
