Line 15b seems wrong on 1040. I got 2 IRA dist. - line 15b only shows one IRA dist. Checked answers on both 1099Rs and they are the same. Shouldn't it be a total of both?

Okay, got the answer.  Turns out I DO NOT have 2 IRAs, I have one IRA and one is a TSP (Thrift Savings Acct) which is like a 401K.  Instructions say IRA payments go on line 15a and/or 15b, and TSP payments (like a 401K) go on line16a for pensions and annuities.
