8915-F doesn't seem to be working properly. It should be pulling in 1/3 of my 2020 Covid distribution but it is not. Is anyone else having the same issue?

I have checked the box for Coronavirus-related and entered info form 2020 Form 8915E.  I wrap up income.  Then I'm asked again if I took a disaster distribution any time b/w 2018 and 2020 and it says I need to go back and visit Form 1099-R topic.  It's a never ending circle.
