Why won't TT let me back to all the questions I was asked when doing my taxes? I'm on State review and realize I answered a question wrong, but it can't get back to it.
On State review, TT says it found 16 items that need review. It brought up form 2210AL and said I must enter Federal tax deduction. First of all, this form doesn't even ask for that information, and there's no reason it should. But I entered it because there was no other way to get off the page. Then it took me to the next item to review, which was exactly the same thing over again. I entered it again. Next item, same thing. It is counting down the items, but it's the same on over an over. The form has to do with underpayment penalty, and according to the form I don't owe an underpayment penalty. So I want to either remove the form or go back and answer my questions differently so it won't be included. But I can find no way to do either. If I click on "live help" TT wants to charge me for it. I should not have to pay for a glitch in their program. I can't set up a call because I'm currently living on a ship in Africa (volunteer nurse.) There must be some way to do this or to get technical help.
