I received a lump sum this year in two payments . It covers 2018, 2019 anc 2020. However , my SSA 1099 does not break it down for me ( as in amounts over which years ) .
To top it off, my LTD sent me a W-2 stating they paid me this year but I’m paying them back with the lump sum so they did not pay me
