How do I account for the pre-tax earnings (ordinary income) in Turbotax from an after-tax 401k contribution conversion to a Roth IRA?

I took a distribution of my after-tax contributions from my 401k and converted them into a Roth IRA contribution.  The earnings come out at the same time and are designated ordinary income.  I understand I need to pay taxes on this but I can't figure out how to account for this in Turbotax software.
