It won't allow me to e-file. it says I need to check a box that says I receive Disaster Relief - related to COVID. When I review the doc, the box is checked. What to do?

I've tried unchecking and rechecking the box but it still shows the "Fix Federal Return" button and won't let me efile. Is this a bug in the system?
