When I follow the directions in the initial email, I can not see how to get to the link "Jump to 1099-R". I tried to attach a screen shot of what I get, but can't do that on this platform. What comes up when I type 1099-R into the search bar it gives me articles and answers to other questions about the 1099-R and reporting withdrawals from retirement funds. I simply can not see how to answer the questions that I did not receive a 1099-R, and can not get the software to finish my return. It keeps telling me that I need to fix something in my federal return, and I'm just not getting it fixed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
