Please verify you enter your Social Security in the right location:
- Login to your TurboTax Account
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “Social security income”
- Click on “Jump to Social security income”
- Answer "Yes" to the question "Did you receive Social Security benefits?" and click “Continue”
