If you took retirement distributions due to COVID-19 in 2020 and chose to pay taxes over 3 years, you will need to include Form 8915-E for the 2021 tax year for the 2nd installment. The 'T" is only an indicator used by the TurboTax program to indicate it is for the taxpayer who is listed first on the tax return. The reply by @DianeW777 also details that Form 8915-E will be renamed to From 8915-F by the IRS
