IRA'a and other retirement plans are all on line 4 this year instead of two lines. If the gross amount and taxable amount are the same, TurboTax put the taxable amount on b4 and leaves 4a blank. When the taxable amount is less than the gross amount the taxable amount is added to b4 and the gross is added to 4a. That makes it look strange when all on one line.
