It is working fine for me. To resolve your issue:
- Open or continue your return
- In the search box, type ssa-1099 and hit the Enter key, and select the Jump to ssa-1099 on top of the search results
- On the next screen, check the box for Social Security benefits (Form SSA-1099) and enter the info from your SSA-1099 form.
- Continue when done.
