If you don't have your login info (username and password), you can use the TT recovery tool to find returns associated with your SSN. Follow the hyperlinks included in this TurboTax FAQ, and you should see the option where you are asked to enter your email address. Underneath that "box", you should see wording something like, "I forgot my email address". Follow that hyperlink to use the tool entering your SSN.
