Where I am having a problem is in filling out the form, line 6 - State Payers state no. On the 1099-NEC I received it is blank on both lines, so I left them blank when filling out the form in Turbo Tax. However, it won't let me file my taxes without filling in the state where taxes were paid. Taxes haven't been paid to date. We should be paying taxes in AZ once the form is filed. So, do I put AZ in both the boxes in Turbo Tax?
