The Form 8915-F IS now available on https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8915f.pdf as of Feb 19, 2022.
We just need to wait for TurboTax to make it available for us to use it to efile hopefully in very near future so we can efile our 2021 taxes.
