If you're being asked about children, you may be in the Child Tax Credit section.
You should be able to leave the entry field blank and CONTINUE.
Or, go back up to the top and click on 'Deductions & Credits'.
This takes you back to the main page with a list of different Deductions that are available.
You don't have to go into all of the topics shown; just the ones that you believe might apply to you.
TurboTax will take you to a section if it believes you should go there (based on what you have entered).
