Your form 1099 composite is simply multiple forms in one document. You will take each form and enter it as if it were distributed on its own (such as 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B).
For each type of 1099, please follow the steps below:
- Sign into your TurboTax account.
- Open or continue to your return if it's not already open.
- Inside TurboTax, search for 1099-XXX (for example: 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, 1099-MISC) and select the Jump to link in the search results.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
