I went back and checked mine again just now. If the tax amounts do not change, you will have to go back to your Federal Tax and edit your Military Retirement 1099R. Turbo Tax has added a question just before what type of pension (Conventional or Non-Convential) asking if this is a Military Retirement or not. Checking Military Retirement fixes the problem and your Utah state tax total will adjust to the lower amount or higher refund. I refiled mine and have my fingers crossed that it will be accepted.
