SP teachers retirement distributions were entered on your Fed 1099-R. Enter the amount for which GA taxes were already pd due to Fed/GA tax law diff from '87-'89. Help?

This popped up when Turbo Tax was checking my state--Georgia--return. Where would I find this information on my 1099-R? Or did I do something wrong on my Federal return that led to the difficulty.
