I just had the same problem. I rolled a 401K into a traditional IRA. When I get to the NJ taxes it shows the rollover for me, and then the same info shows up for mt wife. It was my account not hers. It appears this has been going on a couple of years based on the posts I read here. Any solutions yet?????
