Can my boyfriend claim me as a dependent on his tax return if I received payment from my retirement fund and unemployment?

I received money from employment for 3 months (not totaling $4,300) but also received unemployment and cashed out my retirement fund in 2021. Does this get included in my 'income' for 2021?
