Haha im sorry i still dont understand. So in my case i had $0 earned income in 2021. Only unemployment which you stated does NOT go towards earned income. So i guess the final question is am I eligible ? I have 1 dependent also if that matters. Single. Very simple return.
And ill mention again for last years taxes i had the same exact return as this year. Unemployment. No EIC. 1 dependent and single.
