You cannot access Form 1099-G through TurboTax. Form 1099-G comes from your state. We have no idea whether your state has your 1099-G ready yet. They have until January 31 to make it available to you. Go to the state web site where you access the 1099-G and see if it is available.
Form 1099-G is issued for state or local income tax refunds, unemployment benefits, certain family leave benefits, and other government payments.
