#2, I still don’t quite understand, I am using the same TurboTax software to file my return,
1. if e-file, 1099-R (with tax withheld) don’t require to attach it.
2. If by mail, printout from the same TurboTax software, 1099-R (with tax withheld) need to attach it.
Double Standard ???
