Retirement tax questions
Figured it out through trial and error. The 1099R issuer does not have a California id number, so I left that box blank. Apparently, the form does not like that, which is a programming error on TurboTax's part. I entered ten 00000000s for the CA number, and then TurboTax accepted the form.
