Dear KarenJ, do you mean that foreign pension income is classified by IRS as a general category income for Form 1116? I am trying to clarify, if pensions are general or passive category income, but cannot find anything in IRS publications related to FTC any reliable information at all on this subject. I would highly appreciate, if somebody could help!
