I really appreciate your reply. I am replying to people as a way to help them and also to help myself learn more. I try to give an answer that is correct, but know that the superusers and champs will give better and more detailed responses.
I am learning and feel that a person has to start somewhere and improve with each new transaction. I started a One Note document yesterday where I am storing information that will review before answering a question.
One thing I wondered about is whether champs and superusers have access to information about bugs in the program that the public cannot view.
